The problem

Traditional hiring was built for a world before everyone applied to everything.

The application funnel was designed to filter a handful of candidates. Now it filters thousands — and it treats everyone, including strong candidates, like noise to be sorted.

Traditional hiring

  1. 1Find job listing
  2. 2Create an account
  3. 3Upload résumé
  4. 4Re-enter résumé into form fields
  5. 5Write a cover letter
  6. 6Answer screening questions
  7. 7Complete an AI interview
  8. 8Receive an automated rejection

Average outcome: silence, or a rejection with no feedback.

PitchMe

  1. 1Create your profile once
  2. 2Prove what you can actually do
  3. 3Companies find you
  4. 4They pitch you the opportunity
  5. 5You decide

Average outcome: a real conversation with someone who wants you.

How it works

Four steps. You're in control of every one.

01

Build one real profile

Skills, experience, portfolio, preferred roles, compensation expectations, and how you like to work. Once, not two hundred times.

02

Companies search and discover you

Employers browse candidates by skill, experience, and availability — the same way you'd browse anything else worth finding.

03

They pitch you the role

A structured pitch: the job, the pay, why they picked you, and why you should care. Not a job posting — an offer to talk.

04

You decide what happens next

Mark it Interested, Maybe, or Pass. No ghosting, no forms, no fifteen-question screener before anyone will talk to you.

For candidates

Built around your time, not a recruiter's pipeline.

  • Skip the application queue

One profile replaces every résumé upload and cover letter you'll ever write again.

  • Compensation up front

Every pitch includes real numbers before you spend a minute on a call.

  • Companies explain themselves

Each pitch tells you why they picked you and why you should care — not the reverse.

  • You set the pace

Mark availability, respond when you want, and never chase a recruiter for status.

Create My Profile

For employers

Find people who aren't in anyone's applicant pool.

  • Search, don't post and pray

Filter by skill, experience, comp range, and availability to find who you actually need.

  • See real work, not keywords

Portfolios and experience are visible up front — no résumé-parsing guesswork.

  • Lead with your pitch

A structured format keeps you honest about role, pay, and process before you reach out.

  • Reach candidates who aren't job-hunting

The best people are rarely applying anywhere. This is how you find them anyway.

Find Talent

What a pitch looks like

Every pitch follows the same structure — no guesswork, no vague 'exciting opportunity' emails.

Companies fill in the same eight fields every time. You always know the role, the pay, and why before you respond.

The candidate bill of rights

What we owe you, in writing.

These aren't marketing lines. They're how the product is built.

  1. 01

You will always see compensation before you respond to a pitch.

  2. 02

You will never be charged to create or maintain your profile.

  3. 03

You decide who can see your profile and when you're open to offers.

  4. 04

Every pitch discloses whether AI is used in the interview process.

  5. 05

You can mark Interested, Maybe, or Pass — with no explanation required.

  6. 06

Your data is never sold. You can delete your profile at any time.

  7. 07

Companies must disclose their real hiring timeline, not a vague one.

  8. 08

You will never be auto-enrolled in a company's application system.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Is PitchMe actually free for candidates?

Yes, entirely. You'll never be charged to create a profile, receive pitches, or use the platform. We make money from companies, not from people looking for work.

How is this different from a job board?

Job boards show you listings you have to apply to. PitchMe reverses the direction: companies search for candidates and send a structured pitch directly to you, with compensation and role details included from the start.

Can I stay invisible while still employed?

Yes. You control your visibility and availability status independently. You can be discoverable to companies without appearing to actively be job hunting, and you can go fully private at any time.

What happens after I mark a pitch as Interested?

The company is notified and can start a conversation directly with you. Nothing happens automatically — no calendar invites, no forwarded resume, no third parties added without your knowledge.

Do companies use AI to screen candidates on PitchMe?

Some do, for later interview stages — and every pitch is required to disclose upfront whether AI interviews are part of their process, before you respond.

What does it cost companies to send a pitch?

Employers pay a monthly subscription based on pitch volume, not per candidate contacted. See the Pricing page for current plans.

Your next role shouldn't start with a form.

Build your profile in the time it takes to write one cover letter. Then let the pitches come to you.
